This blog is about Acceptance and Commitment Training and Therapy (ACT) made easy with the Matrix diagram. The Matrix diagram and a few words increase Psychological Flexibility, which is the "target" of ACT. The diagram is built on a very simple learning model that involves noticing the difference between sensory and mental experiencing, and noticing the difference between how if feels to move Toward and how it feels to move Away. Literally all of ACT can be mapped onto the Matrix diagram.
